I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Thistle Beinn Studio. Below are details about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns

Original Artworks:

All sales are final unless the artwork arrives damaged or defective.
Prints and Other Products:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return
Email me at artamaliayosefa@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to begin a return. Be sure to include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the item, if applicable
Once your return is approved, I’ll send instructions for shipping the item back to me.

Refund Process
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after I receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or an error on my part.

 

Exchanges
If you’d like an exchange, I’m happy to accommodate eligible items, as long as stock is available

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact me within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

Photos of the damage or defect
Photos of the original packaging
I’ll work with you to find the best solution, whether that’s a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Custom and commissioned artworks
Items marked as “sale” or “final sale”

Shipping for Returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Please make sure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
