Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy At Thistle Beinn Studio, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure fairness and accommodate all students, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellations by Students - Individual Classes: If you need to cancel, please notify us at least **48 hours** before your scheduled session to receive a full refund or reschedule your class. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a 50% cancellation fee. - Group Classes: Group bookings require at least **72 hours** notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will result in a 50% cancellation fee per person. 2. No-Shows - Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued. 3. Cancellations by Thistle Beinn Studio In the rare event that we must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. 4. Special Exceptions We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us directly if you need to discuss an unforeseen situation that requires flexibility.
